Cancellations:
To best serve all patients we request at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. A fee may be charged for a missed appointment.

What You Pay
In order to keep our fees reasonable, patients are asked to pay for anything not covered by their insurance at the time of service, including co-payments and deductibles. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please Note
A few dental insurance companies will only send claim payments to the patient at their home address. In these cases, we must ask you to pay in full the day you receive treatment.
We will strive to provide the most accurate insurance estimating possible, and are happy to assist you understanding your policy or insurance reports (but remember the best resource is your insurance representative). We will assist in obtaining insurance payments but please note patients are solely responsible for payment of dental care.
